A small, family-owned renovation company dedicated to quality workmanship, beautiful transformations and stunning products for homeowners across Bayside Melbourne.
Family-Owned Bathroom Specialists
Based in Mordialloc, Bayside, Victorian Bathroom Company provides bathroom renovation services across the East, South East and Peninsula areas of Melbourne. We work exclusively with homeowners who want to create lasting transformations for their homes.
Unlike larger national builders, we are a unique bathroom renovator with family-run business ethics and a personal commitment to every customer. You can be assured that you will speak to the same people within our small team, ensuring open and honest communication at all times.
Our team of Licensed Plumbers, Tilers, Waterproofers, qualified Carpenters and Plasterers enables us to provide a fully comprehensive renovation service. We employ our tradesmen on a full-time basis, ensuring everyone is trained to maintain our high standards.
Skilled, experienced and qualified professionals working on every project.
We employ a small and select group of skilled, experienced and qualified trades to work on our projects. These range from plasterers and tilers to electricians and painters. Our thorough reference and onboarding process ensures that our trades are not only experienced but follow our direction and are always clean and respectful in our clients' homes.
Our team includes specialists like Greg and his team at Elevate Electrical, a young but motivated company striving to break the traditional tradie stereotype by providing reliable, punctual and high-quality service. They embody our commitment to professionalism on every bathroom renovation project.
Respectful and clean, we will cause minimal disruption to your daily life and leave as if we had never been. We are not your typical tradies. There is a reason we are generally booked out three to five months in advance, and that is our dedication to quality tiling, waterproofing and craftsmanship.

I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. The bathroom looks amazing. A very big thank you to everyone that made it happen. Highly recommend this company.

Jamie and the team from VBC recently completed two bathrooms and a kitchen renovation for our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Planning directly with Jamie from the outset helped clarify what would practically work in our home. The showroom was helpful to compare options for the bathroom and working with Luke the cabinetmaker for the kitchen bought our overall design together. Alex then did an excellent job capturing all the fixture and fitting details so the job could get started. Jamie communicated progress and updates and was very responsive for any questions. The team were very efficient and we were impressed with how versatile Tommy was. Any trade that Jamie coordinated from electrician to painter were all professional and thorough. Our 1930’s house presented some challenges of old windows and doors which they managed. Any unforeseen or additional scope work was minimal but well communicated and reasonably costed. The site was kept very clean throughout and the whole job was managed very professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and the team at VBC.

Huge thanks to Jamie and the team at Victorian Bathroom Company! We needed a shower repair and were previously told by another company that we’d need a full (and expensive) renovation. Jamie was honest from the start, pinpointing the actual problem and fixing it professionally. The quality of work is excellent and the pricing was fair for the top-notch result we got. Don't get tricked by the 'full reno' scammers—call VBC instead!
