I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. Jamie and the team from VBC recently completed two bathrooms and a kitchen renovation for our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Planning directly with Jamie from the outset helped clarify what would practically work in our home. The showroom was helpful to compare options for the bathroom and working with Luke the cabinetmaker for the kitchen bought our overall design together. Alex then did an excellent job capturing all the fixture and fitting details so the job could get started. Jamie communicated progress and updates and was very responsive for any questions. The team were very efficient and we were impressed with how versatile Tommy was. Any trade that Jamie coordinated from electrician to painter were all professional and thorough. Our 1930’s house presented some challenges of old windows and doors which they managed. Any unforeseen or additional scope work was minimal but well communicated and reasonably costed. The site was kept very clean throughout and the whole job was managed very professionally. We would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and the team at VBC.

Huge thanks to Jamie and the team at Victorian Bathroom Company! We needed a shower repair and were previously told by another company that we’d need a full (and expensive) renovation. Jamie was honest from the start, pinpointing the actual problem and fixing it professionally. The quality of work is excellent and the pricing was fair for the top-notch result we got. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom and ensuite renovations by Victorian Bathroom Company. Having dealt with various trades over the years, we can honestly say these guys are the best in the business. From the initial quote, Jamie stood out. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us honest, practical advice that others didn't. We actually received two other quotes that were cheaper, but one wasn't a registered builder and the other used high-pressure sales tactics that made us uncomfortable. We instantly connected with Jamie and knew VBC was the right choice. The team—Tommy and the rest of the crew—were a total pleasure to have in our home. They were incredibly tidy, polite, and respectful throughout the entire process. The quality of the fixtures is excellent, and we felt we could truly trust them with our home. Jamie and the team from Victorian Bathroom Company came to our rescue when our shower floor gave way. They did a fantastic job quickly , were highly organised and worked as a team.very efficiently to rebuild the floor, install a new shower base and plumbing , re tile and grout and install a new frame before our visitors arrived. We recently had Victoria Bathroom Company renovate multiple bathrooms in our home, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Tom, Tommy and Jamie were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their level of professionalism is second to none — they were punctual, tidy, incredibly friendly, and delivered everything right on time. What truly stood out is that they are a genuine one-stop renovation team. They handled absolutely everything, so we didn’t have to juggle dozens of different tradies. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the price-to-quality ratio is honestly the best we came across. A big shout-out to Alex from the design team as well.
