Every renovation includes premium fixtures, professional waterproofing, and meticulous tiling work.
Whether you are updating a tired family bathroom or creating a luxurious ensuite retreat, we bring the same dedication to quality. Balaclava residents appreciate our transparent pricing, clear communication, and respectful approach to working in their homes. We also offer custom cabinetry to maximise storage and complement your design perfectly.
Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Surprises
Planning a bathroom renovation in Balaclava requires understanding realistic costs. Our full bathroom renovations typically start from around $28,000 excluding GST, covering design, supply and installation of all fixtures and fittings. This includes professional waterproofing, quality tiling, and premium tapware.
We provide detailed quotes so you can compare bathroom renovation quotes accurately. Unlike some contractors, we never underquote to win work, then surprise you with variations later. Victorian Bathroom Company proudly serves homeowners throughout Balaclava and the wider Bayside region.
Based in Mordialloc, we have been renovating bathrooms across Melbourne's Bayside and inner south for over two decades. Balaclava's mix of period homes, Art Deco apartments and modern townhouses presents unique opportunities for bathroom transformations, and our team understands the specific requirements of renovating in this vibrant suburb.
From the charming streets near Carlisle Street to the quieter residential pockets, we work with Balaclava homeowners to create bathrooms that complement their property's character while delivering modern functionality. Our experience with heritage properties means we can navigate the particular challenges these homes often present, including working within existing structural constraints and matching period aesthetics with contemporary comfort.
We also service nearby areas including St Kilda, Elwood, Ripponlea, Windsor and Caulfield. If you are considering a bathroom renovation, ensuite upgrade, or laundry transformation, we would love to discuss your project. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. The bathroom looks amazing. A very big thank you to everyone that made it happen. Highly recommend this company.
