Tailored Solutions for Your Property
Elsternwick is home to a wonderful mix of period homes, Art Deco residences and modern dwellings. Each property presents unique opportunities and challenges when it comes to bathroom renovations. Our team understands the character of Elsternwick homes and works carefully to create bathrooms that complement your property's style.
Whether you are updating an original bathroom in a heritage home or creating a contemporary ensuite renovation, we provide comprehensive solutions. From design services with 2D and 3D plans through to professional tiling and plumbing, every detail receives our full attention.
We coordinate all trades including electricians, plasterers and waterproofing specialists, so you deal with one team throughout your Elsternwick bathroom renovation.
From First Consultation to Final Handover
We believe every successful bathroom renovation begins with understanding your needs. For Elsternwick homeowners, our process starts with an in-home consultation where we discuss your vision, assess your existing space and provide honest advice about what is achievable within your budget.
Our renovation process includes detailed 2D and 3D design plans, so you can visualise your new bathroom before work begins. We provide transparent, itemised quotes with no hidden costs. Once you approve the design, our team of skilled tradespeople manages every stage. Understanding your investment in a quality bathroom renovation
When planning a bathroom renovation in Elsternwick, it helps to have realistic expectations about costs. A full bathroom renovation typically starts from around $28,000 plus GST for supply and installation. Ensuite renovations begin from approximately $27,000 plus GST, while laundry renovations start from around $10,000 plus GST.
These figures reflect quality materials, skilled labour and proper compliance with building regulations. We focus on delivering value through lasting workmanship rather than competing on price alone. Every quote we provide is itemised and transparent, so you understand exactly where your investment goes.
Factors that influence your final cost include the size of your bathroom, complexity of plumbing changes, your choice of fixtures and fittings, and any structural modifications required. During your initial consultation, we discuss these factors openly and provide guidance based on your budget and priorities.

Designing for Today and Tomorrow
Many Elsternwick residents are planning to stay in their homes for years to come. That is why we offer bathroom future proofing options that combine beautiful design with practical accessibility features.
Step free showers, strategically placed grab rails, comfortable seat heights and slip resistant flooring can all be incorporated seamlessly into your bathroom design. These features ensure your bathroom remains safe and functional as your needs change over time.
Our designs for elderly and disabled homeowners demonstrate how accessibility and style work together. We also provide guidance on changing your bathroom layout to improve flow and function.

I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. The bathroom looks amazing. A very big thank you to everyone that made it happen. Highly recommend this company.
