Patterson Lakes residents deserve bathrooms that combine functionality with beautiful design. Our team specialises in complete bathroom renovations that transform outdated spaces into modern sanctuaries you will love for years to come.
We understand the unique character of Patterson Lakes homes, from waterfront properties to established family residences. Every renovation is tailored to suit your lifestyle, space and budget. Our comprehensive service includes demolition, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, tiling and the installation of all fixtures and fittings.
Whether you are updating a tired bathroom or creating an entirely new space, our design service ensures every detail is considered. We provide 2D and 3D plans so you can visualise your new bathroom before work begins.
From Consultation to Completion
We make bathroom renovations straightforward for Patterson Lakes homeowners. Our renovation process begins with an in-home consultation where we discuss your vision, assess the existing space and provide honest advice on what is achievable within your budget.
Once you are ready to proceed, our design team creates detailed plans for your approval. We then coordinate all trades, including plumbers, electricians, tilers and waterproofers, so you deal with one team throughout. You can visit our Mordialloc showroom to view fixtures, fittings and tile options before making final selections.
Understanding what to budget for your bathroom project
Patterson Lakes homeowners often ask about bathroom renovation costs. While every project is unique, our full bathroom renovations typically start from around $28,000 excluding GST for supply and installation. Ensuite renovations begin from approximately $27,000, and laundry renovations from around $10,000.
These figures include demolition, all trades, waterproofing, tiling and the supply and installation of fixtures, fittings and accessories. We provide detailed, itemised quotes so you understand exactly what is included. There are no hidden extras or unexpected variations once work begins.
For a more accurate estimate tailored to your Patterson Lakes home, we recommend booking a consultation. Our team will assess your space, discuss your requirements and provide a comprehensive quote. You can learn more about bathroom renovation costs or read our guide on comparing renovation quotes to help you make an informed decision.
We believe in providing genuine value rather than being the cheapest option. Our focus is on delivering quality results that stand the test of time, using materials and techniques that protect your investment in your home.

I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. The bathroom looks amazing. A very big thank you to everyone that made it happen. Highly recommend this company.
