Registered builders and licensed plumbers delivering exceptional bathroom renovations across Bayside and surrounding suburbs.
For over 20 years, we have been transforming bathrooms across Bayside suburbs including Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham and Beaumaris. As registered building practitioners and licensed plumbers, we deliver complete bathroom renovations with meticulous attention to detail and full compliance with Victorian building standards.
From Design to Handover
When you choose us for your Bayside bathroom renovation, you receive a complete service that covers every aspect of the project. We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your vision, followed by detailed design planning with 2D and 3D visualisations.
Our team manages all trades including plumbing, tiling, waterproofing, electrical and plastering. This means you deal with one reliable team rather than coordinating multiple contractors. We handle the permits, scheduling and quality control so your renovation runs smoothly from start to finish.
Every Bayside bathroom we create is built to last, using quality materials and proper waterproofing techniques that meet Australian standards. Discover our process and see why homeowners trust us with their bathroom transformations.
Transparent Pricing Without Surprises
We believe Bayside homeowners deserve clear, honest pricing for their bathroom renovations. Our projects typically start from around $28,000 (excluding GST) for a full bathroom renovation, which includes all supply and installation.
This investment covers demolition, waterproofing to Australian standards, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and quality fixtures. We provide detailed quotes that outline every component, so you understand exactly what you are paying for.
Unlike some contractors who provide low initial quotes then add variations, we aim for accuracy from the start. Learn more about bathroom renovation costs or read our guide on comparing renovation quotes. For personalised pricing, request a quote today.
From Brighton to Beaumaris, we have been renovating bathrooms across Bayside for over two decades.

Our service area covers Brighton, Hampton, Sandringham, Beaumaris, Black Rock, Mentone, Parkdale, Mordialloc, Aspendale, Edithvale, Chelsea and surrounding suburbs. We also service the broader South East Melbourne region.
Many of our Bayside clients come through word of mouth recommendations from neighbours and friends. You can view examples of our work in suburbs near you by browsing our project portfolio, which showcases completed bathrooms across the area.

I couldn't be happier with the whole process and the end product! I asked Jamie for for an efficient, functional, safe and cost effective ensuite bathroom renovation. As well as the renovation aspect we had specific needs in terms of safety. Consideration was given to layout and placement of grab rails. Tommy and Joe, as well being highly skilled trades people, consulted us through every step to ensure the work was meeting our needs. They were also considerate and delightful people to have working in our home. Jamie and team were reliable in terms of time frames, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the quoted time frame. The end result - an aesthetically pleasing, functional, safe, ensuite bathroom!

We have just finished a bathroom renovation with Victorian Bathrooms. It really is my dream bathroom. A big thank you to Jamie who did the design and helped so much with the process. Tommy and Joe were such hardworkers, very professional, considerate and consultative. Couldn't have asked for more. The fitout of the amenities and the tiling are top notch. The bathroom looks amazing. A very big thank you to everyone that made it happen. Highly recommend this company.
